Summary
We are looking for a "Procurement/Resource Controller (f/m/d)" for the "Procurement Controlling" department at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible.
The Procurement Controlling department is responsible for planning and controlling all requirements in the service creation process. The focus here is on determining procurement and personnel requirements. The aim is to increase efficiency and optimize the operational service creation process and to achieve business objectives.
Your Tasks
1. Collaboration in Procurement Controlling
2. Participation in the operational planning process for the Procurement division
3. Rolling determination of personnel and procurement requirements
4. Reporting, evaluation and controlling of inventories
5. Supporting Procurement in the realization of purchasing successes
6. Carrying out target/actual analyses to safeguard operational targets
7. Determining the cash out from the procurement processes
8. Assisting with the preparation of monthly / annual financial statements
9. Ensuring regular reporting on the financial performance indicators of the divisions
Your Profile
10. Completed studies in business administration or comparable
11. Several years of experience in finance
12. Experience in purchasing controlling
13. Experience in determining requirements for procurement and personnel
14. Very good knowledge of cost accounting
15. Very good knowledge of SAP R/3 / S4/HANNA
16. Independent, structured and reliable way of working
17. Assertiveness and very good communication skills
18. Business fluent German and English skills
