As an Information Security Officer (m/f/d), you will play a key role in protecting our sensitive information, systems and processes.
In this position, you will be responsible for setting up, developing and monitoring our information security management system (ISMS). You will assess technical and organizational risks, initiate security measures and support internal and external audits.
With your expertise, you will create trust, promote security awareness and make a decisive contribution to ensuring that our savings bank remains digitally future-proof.

• You will assist with a wide range of tasks
* - Continuous development and implementation of the existing information security management system (ISMS)
* - Supporting the specialist departments in the use of new technologies and security standards
* - Coordination and implementation of internal audits and support for external audits
* - Further development and implementation of the training and awareness-raising concept
* - Internal contact person for information security
* - Further development of information security risk management
* - Analysis of information security incidents
* - Creation and maintenance of information security guidelines
* • Your main tasks will be in the area of information security, but will also include aspects of outsourcing management and the emergency management system, in which you will support the responsible officers.

* Completed studies in (business) informatics, training in the IT sector or a comparable qualification
* Specialist knowledge in the areas of: ISMS, BCM and outsourcing management as well as regulatory expertise (BAIT and DORA)
* Knowledge of IT security standards and norms and their implementation
* Good self-organization as well as a goal-oriented and structured way of working
* Strong judgment and a critical-analytical way of thinking
* Very good and comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
* Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
