full-time IT administrator (m/f/d)
Your tasks
* Installation, configuration, maintenance, and updates of the SAP B1 environment
* Technical support for SAP-based business processes
* Troubleshooting and ensuring system availability
* Monitoring and managing servers and databases
* Managing backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery processes
* 2nd and 3rd level support for computer systems
* Implementation of GDPR requirements and internal cybersecurity guidelines
* Documentation of IT infrastructure and compliance with global IT standards
* Close coordination with global IT teams and local departments
Your qualifications
* Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable
* Sound experience in IT administration, ideally with SAP or other ERP systems
* Experience in a global IT environment desirable
* Preferred: Experience with DocuWare (administration, workflow, integrations, troubleshooting)
* In-depth knowledge of the GDPR and the principles of IT security
* Strong communication and cooperation skills across all departments
* Very good written and spoken German and English skills
