Job Opportunity: We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business initiatives and drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic plans to meet business objectives
* Conduct local fit-gap analyses of regional/segment-specific business requirements towards the global template SAP S/4HANA system
* Steer the modification of end-to-end business processes to meet FIT4 targets of harmonization and standardization, coordinating with entity business experts on preparatory efforts such as data cleansing
* Define and execute the Cut-Over strategy, focusing on data migration and roles setup, ensuring a smooth transition
* Design, own test cases, and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system
* Actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region (mainly within a segment) or across SBUs/segments, if deemed necessary by regional hub-leads
Requirements:
* Good understanding of end-to-end business processes for plan to produce & quality management
* Understanding of ERP systems, specifically SAP S/4HANA, with emphasis on PP and QM
* Established history of overseeing complex projects in major international firms and with various stakeholders
* Excellent communication skills
* Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written; familiarity with German or other languages is a bonus
