As Head of Project Fulfillment E3/E5 you will be responsible for managing the logistical planning and execution (Fulfillment & Prefabrication Services) of defined large construction projects and for helping to implement process standards for effective project execution within the Logistics Europe Central (LEC) region.What does the role involve?Responsibility for customer-oriented and efficient logistical planning and execution of dedicated large-scale projects at a regional levelDirect management of operational staff (e.g., fulfillment manager, prefabrication manager, potentially specials manager) and indirect management of project business materials managers in coordination with regional materials managementCoaching and further development of employees regarding their professional and social skillsEnsuring a high level of customer and service orientation within the teamDefinition of quantitative & qualitative targets and performance management standards, as well as ensuring operational excellence in the department and effective cost monitoring/margin control for specific projectsContribute to the implementation of global standards, services, processes, and tools to ensure effective project execution and continuous improvement in the LEC region, sharing experiences and best practices related to project executionClose collaboration with all logistics departments and other functions such as marketing, engineering, legal, customer service, sales, finance, BU, and global logistics at MO-, regional-, and corporate levelsDeveloping an understanding of the local market (competitive situation, customer requirements) to contribute to the long-term success of the companyWe value new ideas and thinking outside the box!
