This role covers reception management and a range of administrative tasks supporting the Workplace team. You will create a welcoming environment, ensuring every guest has a positive and lasting impression of D&B.
Essential Key Responsibilities
1. Reception & Visitor Management: Welcome visitors and ensure all needs are met professionally.
2. Event & Office Coordination: Organize onsite events, meeting room setups, catering, and stock control.
3. Safety, Security, Compliance & Sustainability: Manage site safety, access cards, keys, health & safety, and act as Fire Warden, First Aider, and Risk Assessor. Provide clear workplace updates, support ESG/ISO initiatives, and organize local environmental activities.
4. Vendor & Maintenance Oversight: Process invoices, onboard suppliers, and supervise contractors and cleaning services.
Essential Skills
5. Relevant experience in a similar environment or service-oriented industries such as hospitality, gastronomy, or customer service
6. Excellent customer service skills with a strong service mindset
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and German (written and verbal)
8. Ability to work independently and perform administrative tasks with minimal supervision
9. Open to change and new ways of working
10. Energetic, approachable, and representative of D&B values, ensuring visitors feel at home
11. Proficient in Microsoft Office (O365) with strong organizational abilities
12. Excellent planning, organizational skills, punctuality, and time management
13. Committed to following site rules and regulations and promoting a “do the right thing” culture
