We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our efforts in shaping the future of energy. As Strategy & Partnerships Lead, you will be at the forefront of this journey, driving business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess evolving business models and identify strategic options for E.ON's positioning in the Flex market.
* Translate insight into action by converting regulatory trends, partner moves, and innovation signals into actionable guidance for product, commercial, and technology teams.
* Drive ecosystem partnerships by identifying, structuring, and initiating strategic partnerships across hardware, software, and service layers.
* Craft future-ready propositions by designing monetisation models that bring together flexibility hardware, orchestration capabilities, and energy products.
* Connect the dots across regions by facilitating strategic alignment and knowledge flow between lead countries and central platform development.
* Communicate with influence by preparing strategic updates, Board papers, and executive briefs that frame direction, choices, and trade-offs in a clear and compelling way.
Requirements:
Strategic Mindset & Skills:
* Combining big-picture thinking with the ability to shape and land concrete initiatives.
* Understanding of emerging ecosystems around residential flexibility, from energy retail to OEMs and new tech challengers.
* Experience in strategy, business development, partnerships, or corporate innovation, ideally in energy, mobility, or digital platforms.
Qualifications:
* University degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related field.
* Fluent in English (mandatory); German or Dutch a plus.
* MBA or post-grad in energy systems a plus.
