What you will do: In this role, youu2019ll support software project teams by developing, documenting, and improving digital processes. Youu2019ll collaborate with developers and end users to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support. Key responsibilities include: Designing efficient processes in collaboration with end users and development partners Creating work instructions, validation documentation, and training materials Leading the development of operational support models Supporting process impact assessments for new digital tools Managing technical discussions with R&D and customers Driving improvements in legacy operational processes Contributing technical content and documentation for project success Expanding your knowledge in digital systems and tools What You will Need: u202f Required: u202f B.Sc. or Masteru2019s degree in Engineering Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field 3 years in a regulated industry (medical device, aerospace, or automotive preferred) Excellent communication skills in English, enabling interaction in an innovative, international, and intercultural environment.
