We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Service Manager" (f/m/d) Extended Enterprise
Your tasks:
1. Prepare, implement and realise services during the Life Cycle
2. Ensuring of the customer satisfaction in regards of the services, products and service support
3. Identifying opportunities to offer new services, products and service support
4. Acting as contact person for all internal and external stakeholders around the Extended Enterprise services
5. Performing performance reviews
6. Support in case of escalations, finding a solution and carrying out the necessary steps to maintain a trusting cooperation. Monitoring of the service quality based on existing SLAs
7. Ensuring smooth Entry-into-Service whenever a new Extended Enterprise solution is implemented
Your profile:
8. Completed studies in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification
9. Experience in the field of IT / information systems, aerospace and project management
10. Experience in service management and stakeholder management
11. Basic knowledge in Extended Enterprise processes, methods and tools
12. Knowledge in JIRA & Confluence
13. Basic knowledge about network and virtualisation technologies
14. Negotiation-level English skills
15. Spanish, German and/or French would be a plus
16. Advanced communication skills in international environment
