Your prospective job:
You are acting as a Procurement Data & Analytics Products Manager (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Defence and Space in Taufkirchen.
Your responsibilities:
6. Deliver performance dashboards and spend reports to allow users and management make the right decisions to achieve Airbus’ objectives
7. Secure external certifications privileges by maintaining, creating and updating procurement processes for the benefits of Procurement and its customers
8. Ensure procurement process deployment, awareness and guidance to safeguard Procurement teams’ compliance with applicable legislation, external and internal requirements
9. Contribute to the operational performance of Procurement by managing and improving process adherence and maturity
10. Using Input: Internal and External Data and business problems
11. Producing Output: Easy-to-understand insights and visualization
12. Manage interfaces that are related to the development life cycle
13. Based on data modelling provided by IT, with a focus on business needs, extract and integrate both structured and unstructured data from various databases/data-stores
14. Develop, test and implement the most suitable analytical models to identify meaningful patterns or trends from complex data sets and types
15. Implement the analytics pipeline against the business needs
16. Analyze and improve regularly the accuracy of models against business needs
17. Communicate findings through effective and easy-to-understand data visualizations adapted to the audience
18. Act as the interface between the internal customers’ functions, the data ecosystem and the requested solution
19. Coach the function in a data-driven mind-set
20. Actively contribute and share best practices, findings and techniques with the wider data community
21. Present outputs to management
22. Coordinate the department’s and internal customers’ requirements for the IT tool development, partially with external companies
23. Act as project manager for change requests or new product development
Your profile:
24. Completed studies in Computer Science, Data Analytics / Data Science, Information Technology or comparable
25. Work experience in IT/Information Systems
26. Experience in MS-Office
27. IT background would be a plus
28. Strong project management skills, a PM certification will be a plus
29. Fluent English skills
