Role Overview:
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to ensure the smooth operation of our Dusseldorf office, helping with DACH accounting operations. This role involves supporting our accounting team, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
* Back office + Front office. Phone + Mail in Office
* Rent agreements
* Supplies of Phones, laptops, It equipment
* Asset control (It equipment).
* Admin work, supplier and customer forms
* Credit control and depth chasing
* Posting invoices in new company ERP System
* Invoice processing and filing for local accounting system
* Credit cards report/s
* Checking expense requests
* Processing of holiday requests
* Processing of sick leaves and official work certificates.
* Translation of Agreements (employment, commercial or legal)
* Help with external audits
* Help marketing with gifts and event organization
What We’re Looking For:
* Ability to work as part of a team and open to learn.
* Competent IT skills, excel
* Extremely organized
* Administrative skills
* Trustworthy and discrete when dealing with confidential information
Languages:
* Fluent English both written and spoken.
* Fluent in German both written and spoken.
