For our partner companywe are looking for an IT Supporter (m/f/d) as part of a direct placement (permanent position with our client).
In this position, you will act as the central IT contact for all IT issues at the company's site. You will primarily be responsible for IT support tasks, but you will also coordinate external IT service providers and work together with the other IT teams at the other locations.
You can start immediately or at a later date.

Your tasks
7. Central IT contact person for all IT issues at the company's location
8. Support of the IT infrastructure (incl. hardware and software) and user support
9. Monitoring the client/server systems and the network
10. Analysis and coordination of other business applications, such as SAP
11. Communication and cooperation with the other IT teams at other locations
12. Management of external IT service providers
Your profile
13. Experience as an IT supporter and/or IT administrator
14. Knowledge of Windows clients as well as hardware and software
15. Knowledge of managing IT processes and working with external IT service providers
16. Structured and analytical way of working
17. Very good written and spoken German
