About the Job Location: Dusseldorf, Germany Responsibilities Be responsible for the review, design and formulation of the entire module process of human resources in the European region. In combination with the local employment policies in Germany and Europe, develop standardized SOPs to avoid employment risks and ensure compliance with the process. Review the execution of regional human resources processes, collect feedback from various departments, identify process pain points, propose optimization plans and promote their implementation, track the optimization effects, and form an iterative closed-loop. Track changes in employment policies in Germany and various European countries, update process terms in a timely manner, conduct process execution inspections, identify violations and supervise rectification, and cooperate with superiors to complete compliance-related work. Connect with various business departments and system providers in the European region, coordinate cross-departmental collaboration issues, ensure that the process aligns with the actual business of the region. Be responsible for the data organization and analysis of regional human resources processes, maintain the document library, provide basic data support for superior decision-making; assist in promoting the digitalization of processes, participate in the process connection work of related human resources projects.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above, Administrative Management and HRM-related majors preferred; Minimum 3 years of Operation Management and HR Management Experience; Proficiency in office software including WORD/EXCEL/OUTLOOK etc.; Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, strong team spirit, and attention to detail; Proficiency in Mandarin and English reading, writing, and speaking, German is a plus.
