Your tasks
9. Posting difficult or incomplete receipts
10. Payment processing with consortium partners/consortium orders, e.g., initiating invoices, posting incoming payments against business partner accounts.
11. Booking, monitoring and balancing received advance payments
12. Preparation of reports for foreign trade, statistical reports and tax reports
13. Completion of special tasks
14. Calculation of interest and guarantee commissions
15. Coordination, timely reporting and maintenance of internal group reports/reporting systems such as HFM, ICR, BPIS etc.
16. Booking, monitoring and regular inquiries regarding value adjustments
17. Accounting up to the complete preparation of financial statements (balance sheets) for smaller subsidiaries in accordance with German Commercial Code (HGB).
18. Contributing to planning, e.g., for interest income
Your profile
19. Completed commercial training, e.g. industrial clerk
20. Knowledge/skills acquired through several years of professional experience and specialized training
21. Basic knowledge of the Income Tax Act and its application
22. Good knowledge of the Value Added Tax Act and withholding tax
23. Good knowledge of the German Commercial Code (HGB)
24. Basic knowledge of IFRS
25. Good knowledge of SAP FI
26. Fast and careful work
27. Good MS Office user skills
