Relocation to WOLFSBURG MANDATORY VW OEM Client**

Working with clients to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with their business objectives.
Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Providing accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the sales pipeline management.
Representing Minth at the customer for different products for local and global projects.
Supporting other Minth teams globally with project nominations for OEMs (in cooperation with the engineering department)
Supporting local and HQ team to win new business and explore new product lines, propose quote levels to the Minth Group.
Studying and communicating to Minth Group and GM new business and car model strategies.
University degree or equivalent education in a Sales / Marketing or Engineering area with at least 5 years of professional experience with brands of the VW group, preferably in a metal/ steel/ trim
Native or near native German Speaker (C1-C2) with fluent English skills both spoken and written, Chinese is a plus
Profound understanding of the European auto market including innovations, technologies and market movements
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and solve sales challenges
Participation in international projects with highly motivated and performance-oriented teams
