Information Security Specialist
The primary objective of this role is to develop and manage information security documents, harmonize and update security policies across the organization, verify compliance with regulatory requirements, conduct risk assessments, and recommend mitigation measures.
* Develop and maintain information security documents and ensure their proper execution.
* Harmonize and update security policies to maintain uniformity across the organization and verify compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Conduct security risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in projects and initiatives, and recommend and follow up on control measures.
* Support incident response and security testing activities.
* Develop and maintain a data classification framework to ensure accurate documentation and support future project analysis and business needs.
* Provide regular reporting on security operations, risk posture, and compliance status to senior management and relevant authorities.
Key qualifications include:
* A Master's degree in IT or equivalent.
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
* Proactivity, dynamism, and results-oriented behavior.
* A keen eye for details and a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
* Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English and French, with German being an asset.
