Job Description About the role: You will take a leading role in shaping and scaling the People & Culture function at Redcare Pharmacy across areas such as Change Management, Talent & Performance, Leadership Development; and Learning. Operating in a matrix organization, you will report into the HR Director and you will work closely with your HR counterparts; Managing Board and senior business stakeholders. As you build and develop your team over time, you will establish the frameworks and interventions needed to drive sustainable transformation. In doing so, you will play a key role in strengthening overall organizational effectiveness. About your tasks: Drive and shape end-to-end transformation and change initiatives, from organizational design to cultural integration, enabling leaders to successfully navigate and implement change Design and evolve performance management and talent development frameworks that strengthen succession planning, capability building, and long-term business impact Build and implement a leadership development landscape that empowers leaders to actively drive transformation and foster high-performing teams Partner closely with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders to translate business strategy into organizational structures, skills, and capabilities Lead and grow a high-impact People & Culture team, fostering a builder mindset and continuously developing approaches to employee experience and engagement
