This role offers a high level of responsibility across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and digital initiatives, while ensuring alignment with DOMO's global IT strategy.Your responsibilities:Define and implement the IT strategy for the business unit in line with DOMO's global IT roadmap.Oversee day-to-day IT operations across multiple European sites, ensuring service continuity, infrastructure reliability, and cybersecurity compliance.Lead and develop a local IT team and manage third-party providers.Drive IT projects including ERP rollouts, infrastructure upgrades, and digitalization efforts.Ensure compliance with corporate IT governance, security standards, and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with the global IT organization to ensure architectural consistency and integration.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure continuity and alignment of IT services during organizational transitions.Manage the IT budget and monitor performance metrics, service levels, and project delivery.How You Will Get ThereYou hold a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and bring at least 10 years of experience in IT program management, ideally in an industrial or chemical environment.You can demonstrate the following capabilities:Strategic ThinkingOperational LeadershipIT Governance & ComplianceERP and Infrastructure ExpertiseBudget ManagementStakeholder CommunicationProblem Solving in Complex EnvironmentsTeam Development and Vendor ManagementWhat We OfferA high-responsibility role with full ownership of the IT landscape for a business unit operating across several European sites.
