The manager (m/f/d) has a decisive influence on feature developments and has responsibility for projects, technologies and software architecture.TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Creation of a positive team culture through transparent communication, coaching and employee reviewsPlan and coordinate training measuresConduct employee performance evaluationsDefine, implement, and continuously improve software development processes, integrating innovative approaches to enhance product quality and team efficiencyLead the implementation of software projects, including maintenance, feature development, and technology modernization, ensuring alignment with product goals and organizational strategiesCoordination of the roadmap with the product management teamOrganize communication with other departments (QA, TechDoc, presales, support, etc.)Contribute to software designs and architecture for new software components and their implementationEnsure adherence to development processes and the SDLCTechnical and supervisory responsibility for the teamsExecute technical leadership and drive team development.Deliver assigned products or product components in expected qualityOversee development, maintenance, and continuous improvement (bug fixes, security updates, and refactoring)EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, mathematics or a related field is preferred, or relevant professional experience with qualified technical trainingExperienced in full-stack development (Java, Spring / Spring Boot, Angular)At least five years of experience in software development using one key technology (Java or Angular)Experience in CI/CD systems and release managementAl least one year of leadership responsibilityBroad knowledge of the field with strong leadership skills.Resolves issues and contributes to business unit/area development.Willing to take responsibility and actively shape a teamStrong communication skillsWorks closely with senior managers and directors on departmental issues.
