What you'll be doing Ihre Aufgaben: Problemanalyse und Beseitigung von Störungen per Remote an CISCO Unified Communications Lösungen 2th Level Support - technische Unterstützung bei der Entstörung komplexer Systemkonfigurationen Problemanalyse und Beseitigung von Störungen an 3rd Party Applikationen Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen und Workarounds zur Umsetzung durch den Kunden oder einen Techniker vor Ort Bearbeitung und Betreuung von technischen Eskalationen an den Hersteller Kundenbetreuung im Rahmen der bestehenden Serviceverträge Umsetzung von Standard und Non-Standard-Changes und anschließende Erfolgskontrolle Teilnahme an Schichtdiensten / Ruf - & Einsatzbereitschaften Was Sie mitbringen: Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z.B.
