Job Responsibilities
As People & Culture Strategic Partner you:
* Act as a single point of contact for respective divisions/service line
* Advise and support managers in strategic and operative P&C matters
* Monitor and provide feedback for decision-making
* Manage strategic workforce planning, recruitment and headcount movements
* Work actively with areas of excellence within P&C: Payroll, Rewards & Analytics, Learning & Development, and Recruitment teams
* Lead and/or support P&C projects together with relevant HR colleagues
* Follow regulations and labor law changes and implement them; advise managers on labor code related topics
* Support the development of the organization by implementing organizational changes and fostering fast integration of new employees
* Take actions on the goals and procedures defined at a strategic level to mobilize resources and pursue the established strategies
* Promote and respect diversity of beliefs, culture, values, and preferences, keeping in mind the importance of equality and diversity issues
* Present arguments during negotiations or debates, or in written form, persuasively to obtain support for the case represented
* Build effective relationships, develop and maintain alliances, contacts or partnerships, and exchange information with others
* Manage different levels of stakeholders and steer decisions, managing significant counterparts for the bank
* Advise on legislation; experienced in various (collective) labor law related cases
* Analyze and make decisions based on raw data collected from various sources
* Provide personalized help, guidance, and information to people to help them grow in their careers
* Define programs to support corporate transformation initiatives (e.g. organizational changes, implementation of service models) by defining mechanisms and solutions (e.g. communication plans, support tools) for activation, support, and consolidation of change
* Understand and manage key compensation items (fixed, variable, benefits, severances) and compensation packages
* Manage the internal and external hiring process of candidates
* Identify critical positions within the organization, build an internal/external pipeline, and define action plans to support individuals to assume those positions
