Als Senior Growth Manager:in verantwortest du unsere gesamte Paid-Acquisition-Strategie: von der kreativen Idee bis zur datengetriebenen Optimierung. Du arbeitest eng mit Demand Generation, Sales und RevOps zusammen, um den Pipeline-Beitrag kontinuierlich zu steigern und nachhaltig zu skalieren. Deine Aufgaben:
* Du steuerst und optimierst unsere Paid-Kanäle (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit) mit voller End-to-End-Verantwortung.
* Du baust einen modernen Tech-Stack mit AI-Tools und Automatisierung auf, um Output und Effizienz kontinuierlich zu steigern.
* Du planst Mediabudgets mit klarem ROI-Fokus und entwickelst eine kreative Content-Strategie, die die Pain Points von Händler:innen im e-Commerce und B2B direkt adressiert.
* Du optimierst Landingpages, Paid-Funnels und kanalübergreifende Retargeting-Strukturen für maximale Conversion.
* Du verantwortest das Tracking-Setup inklusive Server-Side-Tracking, Attribution und Datenqualität.
* Du arbeitest eng mit HubSpot-Reports, um Cost-per-SQL und Pipeline-Beitrag systematisch zu verbessern – und testest kontinuierlich neue Wachstumschancen.
Dein Profil:
* Du bringst 5+ Jahre Hands-on-Erfahrung im Performance Marketing mit, idealerweise im B2B SaaS-Umfeld.
* Du hast operative Stärke in mindestens einem Hauptkanal (Meta, LinkedIn oder Google) und solide Kenntnisse in weiteren Kanälen.
* Du hast nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Creative Strategy – von Video über Image bis zu Carousel-Formaten.
* Du nutzt AI-Tools täglich und weißt, wie du Automatisierung und LLMs gezielt einsetzt, um mehr Output zu erzielen.
* Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis von Server-Side-Tracking, Attribution und datenbasierter Erfolgsmessung – HubSpot-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus.
* Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und professionell auf Englisch – schriftlich wie mündlich.
