We’re looking for a product leader who thrives in the intersection of strategy and execution, vision and delivery, leadership and hands-on problem solving. You’ll head up Tibber’s product function — guiding our teams to build and scale intuitive, impactful experiences that empower energy-conscious consumers across Europe.
In This Role, You Will
* Build product culture. Lead a Product Chapter with clear expectations, shared rituals, and a strong sense of community across regions.
* Grow the team. Develop our PM career framework and coach PMs at all levels — especially those early in their journey — to raise the bar on product thinking and execution.
* Drive strategy with structure. Support product teams in sharpening their strategies, roadmaps, and goals — and champion a data-informed, hypothesis-driven way of working.
* Lead cross-functionally. Work with CPTO and Product Directors to turn vision into aligned priorities, strengthen collaboration across disciplines, and help scale leadership presence beyond Sweden (ideally from Berlin or Amsterdam).
* Own key initiatives. Where ambiguity exists, step in and lead. Whether it’s pricing models, segmentation, or retention — you’ll bring clarity and momentum without becoming a process bottleneck.

* Have led and scaled product teams in mid-sized, fast-growing tech companies, especially those offering digital or subscription-based consumer products.
* Know what strong product craft looks like — and have a track record of raising the bar for product thinking, collaboration, and outcomes.
* Thrive in ambiguous, evolving environments where the path isn’t always obvious — and know how to bring structure without creating red tape.
* Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution — you’re not afraid to own a problem when others step back.
* Love building teams, culture, and community, not just optimizing process.
* Have experience in regulated or complex industries (like energy, smart home, or fintech).
* Are preferably based in Berlin or Amsterdam, to broaden our product leadership beyond Sweden.
* Understand that our PM team is diverse in experience — some are in their first product roles — and know how to create consistency and shared expectations across the board.
