YOUR ROLE
In this key role, you will be responsible for activities related to attracting, sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top talent to meet the recruitment needs of the organization.
* Act as an advisor to business leaders on workforce planning, hiring strategies, and talent market trends
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units, from intake meetings to onboarding planification
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and leveraging recruitment tools and platforms
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and inclusive candidate experience
* Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement
* Support employer branding initiatives, including job fairs, campus recruiting, and social media campaigns
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies during the hiring process
YOUR PROFILE
* University degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced or matrixed environment
* Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership and influence hiring decisions
* Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
* Strong project management, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
* Good command in both French and English are required
