In this role you will have the overall responsibility for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial analysis, including setting and substantiating targets within the Business Unit MedTech.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes in close collaboration with the CFO MedTech and the Executive Leadership Team
2. Develop and implement FP&A and performancecontrolling tools, including value stream analyses, to support the corporate strategy
3. Oversee Cashflow management and reporting for the Business Unit MedTech
4. Provide active financial support to subsidiaries and collaborate closely with management, controlling, accounting, and operations
5. Prepare and present management reports, including scenario analyses, sensitivity analyses, and business cases
6. Drive optimization and digitalization of reporting and planning processes (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, CoPilote)
7. Support M&A projects, investment decisions, and risk assessments
8. Lead, develop, and empower the FP&A team, including talent development and pipeline management
Your Qualifications:
9. University degree in finance, industrial engineering, Business Administration or related Field
10. Minimum 7 years of professional experience in controlling, FP&A, or corporate finance, ideally in an international environment
11. Proven track record in developing and implementing effective FP&A processes and providing insightful financial analysis
12. Proven track record in leading global teams and collaborating with international stakeholders
13. Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP (especially SAP BCS and SAP Analytics Cloud)
14. Outstanding communication, intercultural competence and leadership skills at executive level
15. Strong analytical and strategic skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and a solution-oriented mindset
16. Fluent in English written and spoken, additional languages are a plus
