About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our team in learning, configuring, and deploying ServiceNow's Generative AI solutions, with a particular focus on AIOps. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in AI-driven IT operations while working with a leading enterprise platform.
Key Responsibilities
1. Learn and explore ServiceNow’s Generative AI and AIOps capabilities.
2. Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow AI solutions.
3. Support the integration of AI models into IT operations workflows.
4. Analyze system performance and optimize AI-driven automation.
5. Document findings, best practices, and configurations for internal knowledge sharing.
6. Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation.
7. Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI, automation, and IT operations.
Your Profile
8. Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, IT, AI, or a related field.
9. Basic knowledge of ServiceNow or a strong interest in learning the platform.
10. Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or automation concepts is a plus.
11. Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) or AIOps is advantageous.
12. Hands-on experience with scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python) is a plus.
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
14. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
