IT Technical specialist (Connected Car)
As a Connected Car Technical specialist, you will be part of our Connected Car IT team and your responsibilities include supporting Hyundai/KIA/Genesis connectivity division by developing and maintaining Car Connectivity technical flow application under customer business objective.
Acting as a key contact to our European stakeholders as technical support for Connected Car Services
Troubleshooting customer issues reported by the service teams through a ticketing system
Supporting the technical teams with end-to-end testing
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or comparable qualification
~3+ + years of experience in Application based Technical Support and Customer Care Support or similar
~ Strong customer/service orientation
~ Understanding of Backend and Frontend interfaces
~ Hands-on experience in JIRA or ServiceNow project management tools
~ Comprehensive knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), network infrastructure, servers, databases and enterprise applications
~ Very good English skills (both spoken and written)
Python, Java) to automate tasks and create solutions to problems
