About the Role
The position details are as follows:
Responsibilities
* Responsible for the overall management of the company's sales business and general operations.
* Formulate sales strategies, develop forward-looking sales strategic plans based on market dynamics, industry trends, and the company's actual conditions, aligning with the company's long-term goals to ensure sustainable development of sales business and achieve sales targets.
* Sales channel expansion and sales process management: responsible for exploring new sales channels, maintaining and optimizing existing channels, establishing and fostering strong cooperative relationships with distributors and agents to enhance channel sales capabilities and market coverage.
* Customer relationship management: focus on customer needs and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with key clients.
* Team building and management.
Qualifications
* German citizen.
* Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
* Over 10 years of OEM sales experience, familiar with various sales techniques and strategies, capable of accurately identifying customer needs, with a proven track record of successful sales performance.
* Knowledgeable about OEM procurement processes and supplier qualification requirements of major automotive companies (e.g., Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, etc.).
* Established strong relationships with government departments, industry associations, and partners, possessing relevant government networks and client resources.
* Excellent strategic planning and decision-making skills, able to drive critical sales decisions for the company.
* Over 5 years of sales team management experience, with proven success in leading teams to achieve sales targets and improve performance; familiar with team building, motivation, and management, capable of effectively organizing and coordinating team resources.
* Strong project management skills, able to ensure project delivery and be responsible for project P&L (Profit and Loss) indicators.
