Your tasks
7. Enabling employees and managers to independently submit fault reports and administrative requests via the newly created digital communication channels.
8. Ensuring a fast and sustainable solution to IT and process problems
9. Development and implementation of measures for sustainable knowledge transfer, e.g. training courses, guidelines and digital tools.
10. Analysis, coordination and problem-solving for complex incidents in collaboration with IT and HR
11. Taking on the role of contact person for managers and employees regarding questions about IT systems and HR processes.
Your profile
12. Completed vocational training, ideally in the IT sector, or a comparable qualification
13. Solid knowledge in IT support or HR operations
14. Ideally, experience with HR IT applications, e.g., Workday, SAP, Benify, or similar.
15. Very good German skills and solid English skills, both spoken and written.
16. Solution-oriented thinking, strong service orientation and communication skills
17. High level of initiative and sense of responsibility
