We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our growing tech team and take ownership of building scalable, high-performance systems. You’ll work across the stack, from backend data pipelines to frontend interfaces, with a primary focus on backend architecture, data management, and performance optimization. You’ll be part of an ultra-smart tech team where every line of code matters, and every idea can shape the product.

YOUR ROLE
* Oversee end-to-end architecture, development, and deployment of web applications
* Take ownership of DevOps practices, containerization, and MLOps to optimize performance
* Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders across the organization
* Adapt quickly to evolving technical requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
WHAT SETS YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
* 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, ideally in high-growth tech environments or elite engineering teams
* Proven track record in designing and scaling backend systems handling high-frequency and high-volume data
* Deep knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL, OpenSearch, Spark)
* Proficient in Python and backend optimization; comfortable with frontend frameworks but focused primarily on backend architecture
* Experience mentoring junior developers or leading small technical teams
* Fluent in English, German is a strong plus
* Based in Munich or willing to relocate
