KGOrganizationSE CFOBusiness UnitGrid TechnologiesFull / Part timeFull-timeExperience LevelExperienced ProfessionalA Snapshot of Your DayYou will commercially manage complex medium-to-large-scale bids, including sales and tender activities, while engaging with diverse customers and consortium partners across countries-contributing to the global energy transition.How You’ll Make an ImpactPrepare customer bids in close collaboration with the bid team and relevant partners such as legal, tax, and financing expertsReview the customer requirements from a commercial point of view and work out the required bid deliverables and strategies for an successful offerIn case provided by the tender: check and align with external consortium partnersSet up the offer cost forecast for the bid together with the bid core teamTake responsibility for the commercial aspects of the offer calculationPrepare and present the Limits of Authority (LoA) based on the blocking issue level needed and act as a sparring partner for regions and bid team membersEnsure compliance with applicable rules and guidelines including LoA, NCM, tax, trade finance or currency guidelineAs part of the negotiation team, represent the commercial and financial aspects of the bid in customer negotiationsWhat You BringUniversity degree in business administration or related fields or equivalent experienceExperience in commercial bid and commercial project management for projects in direct end-customer constellationsSolid skills in offer preparation, contract negotiation, financing, accounting, and reporting principles, contract-, claim- and risk managementAdvanced knowledge in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Power Point)Excellent communication skills in business- fluent English and GermanBeing used to regularly presenting results to managementWillingness to travel occasionally based on tender requirementsHands-on attitude to successfully manage the full scope of financial and commercial activitiesAbout the TeamGrid TechnologiesOur Grid Technology team enables a reliable, sustainable, and digital grid.
