Project Manager Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Represent our Service End-to-End Process Stream in the roll-out activities of the Digital Process World Programme.
* Be part of a cross-functional rollout team within the Digital Process World Programme to focus on end-to-end integrated processes with other business functions.
* Work directly with Product and Process Owners to develop a strong knowledge and solutions on Field Service and Customer Service-related business processes.
* Set up the right local roll-out organization and moderate initial scoping and pre-assessment workshops.
* Design and participate in 'Fit/Gap-Sessions' with colleagues in the local service organizations and implementation partner, discussing and assessing relevant processes and their application within our integrated template.
* Identify process gaps in a first step as well as a smooth decision-making process by evaluating criticality and impact.
* Ensure that our structured approach is followed during testing and cut-over phase, and moderate any revision if needed. Support the onboarding of implementation partners with regard to the functionalities of our new Service CRM environment Salesforce Field Service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* University degree in economics, business information technology or similar.
* Profound professional experience in process consulting and harmonization on field service processes or similar tasks with focus on business processes.
* Adept at using project management approaches and rollout / implementation environments, developing concepts and methods for workshops and project facilitation.
* Experience in working with relevant CRM / ERP systems, with working knowledge of Salesforce being a plus.
* Business fluent English and an open and trustworthy personality, able to communicate confidently on all levels and manage detailed process discussions with stakeholders and local business experts.
* General willingness to travel.
