Job Description:
* Provide assistance and support in the execution of assigned care tasks.
* Implement physician-ordered treatments and follow individualized instructions.
* Assist in creating a daily routine and provide meal services.
* Offer help and guidance to residents in their daily lives.
* Maintain accurate care documentation.
* Establish and maintain relationships with external service providers, doctors, and pharmacies.
Requirements
* Completed training as a state-certified nursing assistant or equivalent qualification.
* Basic understanding of care principles and some experience in geriatric care.
* Teamwork skills, reliability, and a positive attitude towards working with seniors.
* Ability and willingness to participate in further education and training.
* Fluency in German language.
