Position Summary:
The Certification Coordinator creates certificates, issues them to clients, manages certificate databases, and performs other duties to support maintaining an accredited quality management system.
Responsibilities:
Generation of accredited and unaccredited certificates;
Manage certificates in iCert or other database.
Enter certificate information into IAF cert search.
Manage TÜV SÜD certificate templates: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 27001, AS9100, AS9120, ISO 13485, SQF, TL900 & ESD
Issue certificates according to the priority given by the backlog and client request
Issue certificates for Transfer Audits: ISO 17100, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, ISO 27701, AC 00-B56 & Audit Services
Issue certificates for Unaccredited Standards
Notification to the previous Registrar about the status of the transfer
Maintain and update IAF database for Cert Search
Maintain and update TÜV SÜD America webpage Cert Finder
Maintain, update and create certificate template as is required and in accordance with ANAB criteria
Establish communication with Marketing & Legal regarding the use of logos & certification marks
Provide assistance to the clients with the solutions regarding the issues with certificates
Route special inquiries from clients to appropriate members of the TÜV SÜD America
Cancel and/or Suspend certificates in iCert as support of the Certification Specialist
Perform related duties as assigned
The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $40,000-$55,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. Qualifikationen
Education and Experience:
High School or equivalent
2 years of work experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Competent in the use of Microsoft Word & Excel and computer proficiency
