Hr & administration supervisor – germany office

Position Overview

We are seeking an HR & Administration Supervisor to support the daily operations of our Germany office.

This role combines human resources responsibilities with general office administration and plays an important role in supporting team growth and stable operations in Germany. The scope of work is comprehensive but manageable, making it suitable for a hands-on and well-organized professional.


Key Responsibilities

1. Human Resources (HR)

* Publish job advertisements based on headcount planning and business needs from HQ
* Screen CVs and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders
* Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, and offboarding
* Assist with workforce planning, salary benchmarking, and basic cost control
* Support the implementation and optimization of performance evaluation processes
* Assist with employee motivation, development, and retention initiatives
* Maintain employee records and basic HR documentation
* Continuously improve HR-related processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience

2. Administration

* Manage daily administrative operations of the Germany office
* Coordinate the allocation and management of office equipment for employees
* Support the administration of employee accommodation (currently small scale and manageable)
* Coordinate company vehicle usage and basic administration
* Handle visitor reception and office communication
* Maintain records of fixed assets and office resources
* Liaise with local service providers and administrative vendors as needed

Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HR, administration, or a related role
* Familiarity with recruitment processes and basic HR operations
* Good working proficiency in both English and German
* Strong ability to handle general and cross-functional administrative matters
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Familiarity with local business culture, working practices, and basic administrative or employment-related regulations in Germany, or the ability to quickly adapt and learn
* Willingness to work on-site in Düsseldorf
