You will work in a dynamic environment with high visibility at senior management and board level, contributing directly to business model development, investment decisions, and value-creation programs. Your Responsibilities Support the strategic development of tower/infrastructure business units, including strategic positioning, M&A activities, and operational efficiency programs Manage, analyze, and further develop business plans, forecasts, and monthly financial reports Contribute to the evaluation of M&A opportunities, including financing structures, company valuation models, and strategic rationale Provide analytical insights to define financial and business targets for management teams Support the preparation of board and supervisory board materials, as well as executive-level presentations Participate in carve-out projects and structural transformation initiatives Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, investors, and partners Conduct market, competitive, and industry analyses Translate complex data and findings into clear decision-making materials for senior leadership Your Profile Completed university degree, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field Up to 3 years of professional experience in Corporate Finance, Strategy, M&A, Private Equity, or Management Consulting; infrastructure know-how is a strong plus Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills with solid knowledge of corporate finance principles Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen Basic understanding of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks Strong communication and presentation skills Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Fluent English (written and spoken); German is a plus About EvolveTalent As a specialized recruitment and executive search consultancy, we support international companies in filling key positions in the fields of technology, digitalization, and engineering.
