What You Can Expect
You will take on a central role in the further development of our engineering processes, ensuring they meet current standards. In doing so, you'll work closely with various departments and contribute your expertise in a dynamic environment.
* You help advance our processes in line with standards such as Automotive SPICE, ISO Functional Safety), ISO Cybersecurity), and IATF 16949.
* You analyze workflows related to customer requirements and document them within requirements management.
* You optimize software and system development processes and actively contribute to the design of our process architecture.
* You coordinate development activities and maintain process documentation in Stages.
* You plan and conduct ASPICE assessments, gap analyses, and SPOT checks.
* You create training materials and deliver workshops to share your knowledge with colleagues.
* You tailor ASPICE processes to fit specific project needs.
* You manage cross-project assessments with customers and support all departments on ASPICE-related topics.
* You also contribute to technical pre-sales discussions and initiatives.
What You Bring
* You have a degree in engineering – e.g., mechanical engineering, computer science, or product engineering – or a comparable qualification.
* You are familiar with current standards, especially Automotive SPICE, ISO Functional Safety), ISO Cybersecurity), and IATF 16949.
* Ideally, you have completed training as a Provisional Assessor for Automotive SPICE.
* You have experience in process development and confidently model processes using Stages.
* You think analytically and quickly grasp complex relationships.
* You communicate clearly, resolve conflicts constructively, and enjoy working in a team.
* You are flexible, structured, and able to work independently.
* You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
