YOUR PROFILE
* Possession of a valid German medical license (Approbation).
* Board certification in Anesthesiology with several years of clinical experience at a senior level.
* Additional qualification in Emergency Medicine is highly desirable.
* Proven leadership skills with experience in supervising medical teams and coordinating departmental activities.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary teamwork.
* Familiarity with German healthcare regulations, documentation standards, and clinical IT systems.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and teaching.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead and manage clinical operations within the departments of Anesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine.
* Provide expert anesthesia care across various surgical specialties, including regional and general anesthesia techniques.
* Oversee the training and mentoring of junior doctors and medical staff, fostering a supportive learning environment.
* Participate actively in departmental development, quality assurance, and implementation of evidence-based practices.
* Assume on-call duties as part of the senior medical rota, ensuring high standards of patient care.
* Collaborate closely with other medical disciplines and hospital administration to optimize patient outcomes and resource management.
* Contribute to clinical research and academic activities as part of the hospital’s teaching mission.
