Job Title: OEM Sales Manager
About this role:
The OEM Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations and developing strategic plans to meet revenue targets with OEM customers. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, a proven track record of sales success, and experience working with automotive manufacturers or automotive tier-one customers.
Key Objectives and Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new OEM customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on sales activity and results.
• Attend industry trade shows and events to represent the company and network with potential customers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
Required skills, qualifications and experience
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in OEM sales or a related field. Automotive Electronics manufacturing, Server industry is preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, including industry trends, customer needs.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop sales forecasts and reports.
• Willingness to travel.
•Accept to work in Germany or in other regions of Europe.
• Fluent in German or English or French, both spoken and written. Chinese preferred.
