Responsibilities / Tasks
We are looking for a Working Student to join our People Service Delivery North/East Europe team, who speaks Danish or Polish and would be covering Poland/Denmark & EMEA. In this role, you will support the People Service Delivery team in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
Your tasks:
1. Support People Service Delivery processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and employee data administration.
2. Maintain and update employee data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
3. Assist with the preparation and creation of employee documentation (contracts, letters, confirmations, etc.).
4. Provide administrative support to the People Service Delivery team across the North/East Europe region.
5. Collaborate with HR colleagues and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
6. Support employee onboarding coordination and documentation preparation.
7. Assist with reporting, data management, and documentation updates in HR tools.
8. Contribute to ad-hoc HR and People Operations projects within the People Service Delivery North/East Europe team.
Your Profile / Qualifications
9. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
10. Strong interest in HR Operations, People Services, or People Experience.
11. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, structured working style.
12. Fluent in English (required), Danish or Polish.
13. Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
14. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within an international team.
