About the Role:
* Acts as deputy to Rewards Director, EMEA who manages compensation and benefits plans for 2200 employees across 16 jurisdictions in the EMEA region.
* Supports complex legislative compliance, associated costs, best practice, and audits; works closely with Finance team.
* Delivers practical solutions and supports design of competitive compensation and benefits plans; leads implementation and management of Employee Pay and Benefits Proposition (as required by law and best practice locally).
Main Responsibilities:
* Supports development of market-leading compensation and benefits packages.
* Liaises with German Works Council on benefits and rewards issues.
* Reviews and advises on best practices to formulate relevant BVs and supports negotiations with Works Councils.
* Leads position evaluations applying Mercer job structure and evaluation processes.
