About the Role
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving key performance metrics in your assigned region.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers while ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders.
* Monitor market trends and competitors, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
* Represent the company at trade shows and cross-functional meetings.
* Collaborate with global teams to execute regional strategy.
Requirements
* A master's degree in a relevant field such as Optics, Electronics, or Physics.
* At least 5 years of experience in technical sales within an industrial environment.
* A strong understanding of electronics, optical materials, and components.
* Fluent English language skills; additional German language skills are beneficial.
* The ability to build trustful relationships across functions and cultures within a matrix organization.
