Your tasks As part of our team, you will define and develop the After-Sales services we offer to our Robotics customers in Service & Support You will work closely with customers and our sales units to understand market needs and ensure that we deliver the most compelling and innovative service portfolio in the industry. Whenever new vehicles or partner integrations enter our ecosystem, you will ensure that they receive the same strong and scalable After Sales service portfolio. After launch, you remain the trusted After Sales expert for all stakeholders - gathering feedback, identifying improvements, and continuously shaping how our customers experience Robotics at Jungheinrich. Requirements Experience handling After Sales portfolios and a strong ability to define structured changes, improvements and standards for it. Experience in technical product management and service development, ideally in a technical or robotics environment. Proven skills in cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.
