Beschreibung
* Coordinate and schedule internal meetings, interviews, and negotiations
* Manage document workflows, electronic filing (DMS & SAP), and contractual documentation
* Support the Contract Officer with administrative tasks and drafting standard documents
* Handle incoming mail and general correspondence
* Provide general secretarial support, including travel coordination and deputy cover
Anforderungen
* Secondary education and proven administrative experience
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* Proficient in MS Office; ERP/DMS experience is an advantage
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsive to urgent requests
