* Production of formulations based on predefined recipes
* Analytical evaluation of the manufactured materials using specific techniques such as (thermo-) mechanical and thermal analysis methods
* Independent organization of laboratory work and high accuracy in all procedures
* Compliance with required safety standards
* Manufacturing of prototypes
* Support in the installation of prototypes for testing
* Documentation of results, including observation and reporting to the project team
* Degree in chemistry, chemical-technical assistance, chemical laboratory technician, or a comparable qualification
* Professional experience in chemical laboratories
* Knowledge in the field of materials science
* Good German and English language skills
