Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure suitable land for solar and BESS projects across designated regions.
Negotiate lease or purchase agreements with landowners and stakeholders.
Conduct feasibility assessments, including environmental, grid connection, and regulatory considerations.
Utilize GIS and CAD tools to assess land suitability and prepare site layouts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, local authorities, and communities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project development from acquisition through to construction.
Requirements
Proven experience in land acquisition, ideally within renewable energy (solar/BESS) or infrastructure projects.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of planning regulations, permitting processes, and grid connection requirements.
Proficiency in GIS and CAD software for site analysis and mapping.
Fluent in German (written and spoken).
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
