* Lead the development of custom AI agents and agentic workflows using modern LLM and retrieval technologies
* Architect end-to-end solutions across text, vision and multimodal data, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
* Own model lifecycle activities such as data preparation, training, fine-tuning, evaluation and safety alignment
* Build and deploy scalable, containerized services and AI workloads (Docker, Kubernetes)
* Ensure robust guardrails, security and reliable system behavior in production environments
* Translate business and technical requirements into actionable designs and implementations
* Provide mentorship and support for junior engineers, students and research-oriented contributors

Profil
* A university degree in Computer Science, AI/ML or a related technical field
* Several years of experience in generative AI, LLM systems, agentic workflows or MLOps
* Strong skills in PyTorch, FastAPI and vector-based retrieval (embeddings, knowledge graphs)
* Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern inference tools
* Solid understanding of transformer architectures, model training and alignment techniques
* A collaborative, structured and hands-on leadership style
