What you´ll do
* Independent execution of international SHE audits across Henkel’s global locations, including full ownership of audit preparation, delivery, and follow-up
* Assessment of the effectiveness of SHE management systems, policies, and key controls, followed by the development of targeted actions to mitigate risks, strengthen compliance, and enhance business processes
* Collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the continuous advancement of Safety, Health & Environmental standards
* Leadership of dedicated projects focusing on audit methodology, process optimization, and risk management
* Clear and confident communication of audit results to relevant stakeholders – including senior management – while providing guidance during the implementation of defined actions
* Regular international travel of up to 40% to support global sites and ensure consistent audit coverage
What makes you a good fit
* Excellent university degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, or Safety Management
* At least 5 years of professional experience as an Auditor in the SHE / EHS field, ideally with knowledge of relevant standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001, internal auditing frameworks)
* Strong analytical skills, pronounced process affinity, and high attention to detail
* Confident presence, strong assertiveness, and the ability to constructively navigate and resolve conflicts
* Self-driven, structured, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
* International mindset with strong intercultural communication skills and readiness to work in multinational environments
* Excellent verbal and written English skills; additional languages are a plus
