We're looking for a Fund Services Intern to support our clients.
About the Role
* Assist with day-to-day operations, working closely with third parties such as investors and clients.
* Prepare periodic funds valuations, year-end financial statements, and other reports as required.
* Coordinate year-end audits and organisation of board meetings and shareholders' meetings.
* Maintain tax compliance, preparing tax and VAT returns and liaison with Luxembourg tax authorities and tax advisers.
* Serve as a liaison between shareholders, investment managers, and custodian banks to resolve any issues that may arise.
Your Qualifications
We require strong academic backgrounds, preferably in Accounting & Finance, or qualified accountants. Fluency in English is essential, with German considered an asset. End-of-studies internship candidates preferred.
Key skills include good communication, team spirit, independence, pro-activity, detail orientation, goal-driven approach, problem-solving, analytical and prioritisation skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
