We are an international team of 14 headcounts and looking for a Client Service Junior Analyst.
Responsible for a diverse portfolio of syndicated/large scale bilateral loans from offer/start to closing until final maturity date ( project financings, leveraged transactions, stand-by facilities and acquisition financings for multinational clients based in EMEA, Dutch & German Large & Midcaps)
Review, comment, negotiate legal documents (loan agreements, security agreements etc.) Management of all lifecycle events during the lifetime of a loan (amendments, waivers, extensions, increases etc.)
Deliver key information to support external auditors in preparation of annual financial statements.
Foreign language skills in German, English and if possible French, Spanish and Italian
